What certifications do you offer training for?

Are your training programs accredited or officially recognized?
RedShift Institute Authorised Training delivery Partners are authorized/accredited training provider. Our programs are designed in strict alignment with the official curriculum and exam objectives of respective certifying bodies such as PMI, CompTIA, and Microsoft.
Do I need any prior experience to enroll?
Prerequisites vary by certification. For example, the PMP certification requires documented project management experience, while CompTIA A+ is beginner-friendly. Each course page lists the specific prerequisites. Contact us if you are unsure which level is right for you.
About Delivery & Format
Are the courses live online, self-paced, or in-person?
We offer all three formats: live instructor-led virtual classes, self-paced on-demand learning, and in-person/on-site training for corporate clients. You can select your preferred format on each course page.
Will I get access to recordings of live classes?
Yes. Recordings of all live sessions are made available to enrolled students within 24 hours of the class and remain accessible for as disscussed during purchase after the course ends.
What happens if I miss a live session?
You can catch up via the session recording.
About Exams & Certifications
Does your course include the exam voucher?
Some packages include an official exam voucher, and some do not. This is clearly indicated on each individual course page. Vouchers can also be purchased separately.
Does completing your training guarantee I will pass the exam?
Our training is comprehensive and designed to maximize your chances of passing on the first attempt. However, exam results are entirely determined by the respective certifying body (e.g., PMI, CompTIA). We cannot guarantee exam outcomes.
How long do I have to sit for the exam after completing training?
This depends on the certifying body. For example, CompTIA exam vouchers are typically valid for 12 months from the date of issue. We advise booking your exam as soon as possible after completing training.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, net banking, and PayPal. Corporate clients may also request invoice-based payments.
Do you offer group or corporate discounts?

Can I get a certificate of completion from RedShift Institute?
Yes. All students who complete our training program receive a RedShift Institute Course Completion Certificate, which can be used to fulfill continuing education requirements such as PMI's 35 Contact Hours.
