Refund Policy
Please read the following Refund Policy.

We understand that professional circumstances can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both learners and instructors.
1. Self-Paced Online Courses
- Full Refund: Eligible within 7 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 5% of the course content.
- No Refund: If more than 5% of the course has been accessed or if 7 days have passed since purchase.
2. Live / Instructor-Led Training
- Full Refund: Requested more than 24 hrs business days before the scheduled start date.
- No Refund: Requested less than 5 business days before the start date, or after the training has begun.
3. Exam Vouchers
Exam vouchers (e.g., CompTIA, PMI) are non-refundable and non-transferable once delivered to the student, as these are procured directly from the certifying body on your behalf.
4. Study Guides & Digital Downloads
Digital products including eBooks, study guides, and practice test packs are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
5. Bundle Packages
For bundle packages containing a course + voucher, refunds apply only to the training component. Exam voucher costs are excluded from all refunds (as per Section 3 above).
6. Course Cancellation by RedShift Institute
If RedShift Institute cancels a scheduled live session:
- You will be offered a full reschedule to the next available batch, OR
- A 100% full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email training [@] redshiftinstitute.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Order ID]”, including:
- Your full name and registered email address.
- Order/invoice number.
- Reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
