By accessing or purchasing any course, certification program, exam voucher, study material, or service offered by RedShift Institute, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website immediately.

2. Course Enrollment & Access

• Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased course or study material within 24 business hours.
• Course access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable.
• Self-paced course access is valid for Discussed at the time of purchase days/months from the date of enrollment.
• Live/instructor-led sessions must be attended on the scheduled dates. Recordings (where provided) will be available for Discussed at the time of purchase days post-session.
• RedShift Institute reserves the right to reschedule or substitute instructors for any live training session with prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All training materials, course content, practice tests, study guides, video recordings, and brand assets on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of RedShift Institute. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit any content without express written permission.

4. Third-Party Certification Bodies

RedShift Institute is an independent training provider. PMI®, PMP®, CompTIA®, Microsoft®, ITIL®, and all other certification trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Enrollment in our training programs does not guarantee certification exam clearance, as exam eligibility and results are governed entirely by the respective certifying body.

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Maintain professional and respectful behavior during all live sessions.
• Refrain from recording, screen-capturing, or sharing any live class sessions.
• Refrain from sharing login credentials or course access with any third party.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

RedShift Institute shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Failure to pass a certification exam after completing training.
• Technical outages or interruptions on third-party platforms used for delivery.
• Any changes made by certification bodies to exam patterns, prerequisites, or costs.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

8. Amendments

RedShift Institute reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
